Creative Director Jessica Kupferman has been in the digital marketing industry for over 10 years, having begun her career selling online and internet advertising – when it was brand new – to local Delaware and Philadelphia businesses in 2000. She has always enjoyed helping businesses explore new marketing and advertising possibilities, educating and guiding them along the way. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s Certificate in Graphic and Web Design.

Marketing Director Marla Cooper has honed her skills for nearly 20 years as a marketing professional in a competitive, dynamic and demanding environment. While working at top advertising agencies early in her career, she learned to use communications to sell ideas, services and products of all kinds. With a mid-career move to the “client side,” Marla developed an expertise in conducting and interpreting market research and trends to build awareness, impact perceptions and create demand.
